CONDITIONS FOR THE TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP
Membership may terminate due to one of the following reasons:
- Upon presentation of a written decision by anyone who wishes to terminate his membership;
- Failure to pay membership or annual service fee until the next General Assembly Meeting;
- One who has violated the by-law of the association;
- Upon the death of a member;
- A member shall be dismissed from his membership when the dismissal from membership is submitted to the General Assembly by the Executive Committee and the same passes a decision of dismissal by majority vote;
- If dismissed member wish to be a member again, they may reapply for membership subject to the approval of the General assembly;
- No refund of previous payment shall be made to a member upon termination of membership.
MANAGEMENT BODIES OF THE ASSOCIATION
The General Assembly shall be the higher body of the Association
- Duties and responsibilities of the General Assembly
- Determines the overall direction and procedures of the Association.
- Approves, amends the By-Law of the Association
- Elects, dismisses the Executive Committee and Audit
- Committee of the Association.
- Approves the annual plan of action and budget of the Association.
- Approves the annual report submitted by the Executive Committee.
- Elects honorary member(s)
The membership fees and the annual service fee are paid in advance they are given in the following table.

Annual service fee is announced by the Executive Committee and collected at the Annual General Assembly Meeting.
